Custom APIA YouTube data API built around your company

Get the YouTube data you need,
ranked the way you want it.

“We just want the food channels growing fastest right now.”

Tell us what you need and we pull out the channels and videos that fit,
work out the growth, rank them, and send it by API.
Nothing left for you to process.

WHY IT MATTERS

Getting YouTube data is easy. Using it is the hard part.

001

The criteria are yours to build

Views and subscriber counts, you can get.
Finding “the fastest-growing channels
of the last 30 days” means working it out yourself.

002

Collecting data
takes time

Collecting, storing, and cleaning it up
all takes time.
The data is rarely ready the moment you need it.

003

You can't tell what's brand-safe

Basic data won't tell you whether content is adult,
political, violent, or AI-generated.
You have to check brand safety yourself.

WHAT YOU GET

Set the data and the criteria, and you get back only what you need.

  • Channel and video detailsVideo and channel IDs, titles, descriptions, tags, category, start date, and handles.
  • Views and engagement togetherViews, likes, and comments, split into running totals and daily figures, with the trend.
request.json

Put the three together and you get one request

{  // 001 · fields  "fields": [    "channelId", "title", "category",    "subscriberCount", "viewCount",    "dailyViews", "likes", "comments"  ],  // 002 · score  "period": "30d",  "score": { "subGrowth": 0.8, "viewGrowth": 0.2 },  "normalizeBySize": true,  // 003 · exclude  "contentType": "videos",  "exclude": ["adult", "politics", "ai_generated"],  "keywordsOut": ["ad inquiry"]}

Scores on subscriber growth 80% and view growth 20%, with Shorts excluded. We settle the criteria together before the contract.

HOW IT WORKS

We don't hand the data over as is. We sort it the way you want it first.

We sort the data we collect every day by the criteria you set, and send back only the results you need.

  1. Decide the criteria

  2. Collect the data

  3. Score and rank

  4. Deliver via API

From defining what you need to API integration, in four steps.

A REAL EXAMPLE

Same YouTube data in, very different results out.

We asked the YouTube Data API and vling Custom API the same thing: “the fastest-growing food channels of the last 30 days.”

You don't build the answer from data. You get the result you asked for.

USE CASES

Here's how teams put it to work.

Connect it straight to the dashboards and reports you already use.

Food company A

Category trends,
delivered every day

problem
Finding what was breaking out in food
meant someone combing through YouTube
by hand every week.
approach
Top 7-day growth videos in food and mukbang
arrive daily through the API
and feed the trend report.
result
The weekly manual sweep is gone;
breakout content shows up within a day.

Game studio B

YouTube performance
inside the BI tool

problem
They wanted per-title YouTube performance
in their BI tool, but had no way to get the data in.
approach
Per-title channel and video metrics
come through Custom API into Tableau and Looker.
result
Marketing reads YouTube performance
on the dashboard they already open.

MCN C

Campaign criteria in, shortlist out

problem
Every campaign meant sifting thousands
of channels for creators that fit the brief.
approach
Views per subscriber, audience age and gender,
and ad rates go in as criteria.
result
Narrowing candidates takes less time; changing criteria is one more request.

You don't pick features. You just tell us what data you need.
