Linda's Italian kitchen
Hello and welcome to my kitchen. My name is Linda, I am from a small town in the Southern Italy not far from Naples, the land of pizza, pasta, mozzarella and other mouthwatering food. I was completely raised with homemade and mostly organic food, no take out or pre-made food was allowed into my house. My mum cooked everything from scratch and passed on her passion for cooking to me. So now I do the same: I prepare from scratch all my lunches and dinners and treats. As I am always struggling with my weight, it is very important for me to cook healthy dishes and I always make sure to eat my 5 a day (I normally eat more than 5). The recipes you will find on this channel are for dishes that I love to prepare and are often pumped with veggies, good fats and lean proteins but....time by time you will also find some small treat or indulgent food. And, at the end of each recipe, you will find the nutritional information. I hope my dishes will help you stay healthy.
