윈터플레이는 프로듀서/송 라이터이기도 한 트럼펫 연주자 이주한을 중심으로 하는 한국 재즈씬에서 가장 주목 받는 팝재즈 그룹으로, 보컬 혜원과 기타&보컬에 최우준, 베이스에 소은규로 구성되었다.
2008년 1집에 이어 발표한 디지털 싱글 'Happy Bubble'이 유명CF 배경음악으로 사용되면서 각종 재즈 차트 1위를 석권, 한국을 대표하는 재즈 그룹으로 이름을 알리기 시작한 계기가 되었다. 이듬해 일본에서 성공적인 데뷔식을 치루고, 2010년엔 유럽과 동남아시아에서도 앨범을 발표하는 등 신재즈한류를 이끌어 가고 있다.
One of the most popular pop jazz band in Korea, Winterplay, the band members are vocalist Hyewon, Woojoon as the guitarist & vocal, and Eungyu as the bassist, and the last but not the least the leader Juhan as a Trumpet player as well as a producer.
After releasing the first album in 2008, digital single 'Happy Bubble' became the #1 in many jazz music charts as the song used in the famous CF. This makes Winterplay to be the most well-known Korea Jazz band. In 2009, they debut successfully in Japan and released albums in Europe and South East Asia to lead New Korea Jazz Music.Science & Technology
