Hi, & thanks for stopping by my channel. My name is Jason, and this channel is about my journey with the sport of hang gliding. Watch & learn with me, lesson by lesson, as I improve and learn how to soar with the birds. I got hooked on hang gliding in July of 2015 with an introductory lesson and finally signed up to complete all necessary lessons 10 years later to become a rated pilot with the USHPA (https://www.ushpa.org) . My goal is to use this channel as my own personal hang gliding video journal so I can look back and see my progress, as well as help others who are thinking of getting into hang gliding to learn and get the confidence that anyone can do this. I got serious in July of 2025 and signed up for lessons with "Wasatch Hang Gliding" and earned my H2 rating in NOV '25.
