AthletiKids 5- 7, Middle School Prep 8 - 10, High School Prep 11 - 13 & College Prep 14 - 18.
We have developed an effective and well balance program that athletes can develop Physical/Mental Strength, Speed, Power, Stamina, Flexibility and Sport Skill while learning all the fundamentals to give them the edge against their competition.
