Game Mastering, like life, is full of pitfalls and challenges, many fall short of our expectations. Just deciding to be a GM can be a challenge as you are, in essence, a manager. Many newb's make common mistakes, some learn from them, some don't. World Building and character development, NPC creation and proper monster control.
