Next Great Step provides career coaching to college students and recent grads on how to bridge the gap from college to the real world. In spite of low unemployment, the majority of college students feel unprepared to get a job after graduation and only 1/3 of students believe they will graduate with the skills they need to succeed in the workplace.
Next Great Step’s sole focus is to help college students and recent graduates achieve career success when they graduate. Next Great Step takes students beyond the resume to help them set goals, focus on their target interests with a real strategy, clearly articulate their value, and promote themselves with confidence. Next Great Step provides one-on-one coaching, group sessions and public speaking engagements for individuals and universities.
