Hi, we are Julie & Zach Ruhl AKA Ruhls of the Road! We sold everything in 2018 and took off an adventure around the world! So far, this journey has taken us in a van ALL ACROSS the United States and Canada, from snorkeling with manatees in Florida to camping in the Grand Canyon to climbing glaciers in Canada, and everything in between!
We were both working and going to school while living in Chicago in 2017 and 2018, and to be honest it really wore on us. We were exhausted, unfulfilled, and ready for an adventure. So, we made it happen! We saved up AS MUCH as we could over those 2 years - all homemade meals, no shopping, walk or bike everywhere, etc - and sold almost all of our belongings! With that money, we bought a renovated a van that we have been living in ever since!
We believe that travel is truly a life-changing experience, it certainly changed ours! You are WAY stronger than you know, and stronger than you give yourself credit for. You have the ability too. BE FOREVER FREE!Travel & Events
