In MASA I will be making delights from around the world. I am a person who learns more from watching than reading or hearing about it, therefore I will be actually cooking and preping everything in step by step video which will be esy to follow.
A little a bout me - I have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from NYIT here in NYC
I have been in the restaurant, catering, lounge and club industry here in New York for over 20 years.
I have been watchnig cooking shows from Jacque Pepin and Julia Childs and Great chefs of the world since I was 12 and it sparked the interest in cooking ever since.
