Lee Kum Sheung Center for Health and Happiness
The mission of the Lee Kum Sheung Center for Health and Happiness at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is to build a rigorous and interdisciplinary science of positive health, happiness, and well-being with a focus on health equity, and to translate the science to influence practice and policy.
Our YouTube channel makes the science of happiness accessible through expert interviews, seminars, symposium recordings, and episodes of the Frontiers in Health & Happiness podcast. Hear top researchers and practitioners explore mental, physical, and social well-being; resilience; mindfulness and meditation; purpose; compassion; generosity; awe; social connection and loneliness; healthy aging; workplace well-being; climate change; healthy buildings; childhood development; and equitable communities.
Subscribe to discover how evidence-based insights can enrich your own well-being and help you build a healthier, happier, and more connected community.
