In 2018, I started my career in commission sales. I had plans to follow in my parents footsteps and pursue a career in medicine, however, I decided to take off two years from school and began my career in sales in the meantime. I fell in love with sales, helping clients with their needs, and training other people to do what I had learned to do.
Being good at sales and leadership is simple, executing is not. As a salesperson add value to your client. As a manger, add value to your salesforce. Do the right thing, do it consistently, and the money will follow.
