Drew spent nearly 29 years with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Tampa, Florida. He started as a 911 dispatcher, worked as a detective in undercover narcotics, informant handling, and wiretap investigations, and retired at the rank of Lieutenant, finishing his career as Commander of the very communications center where it all began. He's an expert instructor in Interviews and Interrogations, and Courtroom Testimony and Demeanor.
