Soca Fitness is a high intense cardio dance class for Men and Woman that consist of waistline movement, lifting weights to tone our muscles while burning calories. Soca music as known as “Jump Music” is mixed with East Indian rhythms, African rhythms and Calypso rhythms to create high power jump music. My advice for first time Soca Fitness guest is to bring water and a rag in preparation fi deh sweat. You don’t have to have dancing skills, just know how to HAVE FUN. I hope you enjoy dancing as much as I do and have fun getting in shape through dance with me! Big up yuself!!
