Birthed from the melting pot of South London’s music scene, Solaariss is a versatile producer/artist, known for playing a range of instruments - most notably the saxophone. The 21 year old melds a variety of genres to create, what he calls Alternative RnB Fusion, an emotive and memorable music experience for his listeners.
Solaariss’s sound is an amalgamation of his journey in life, with inspiration stemming from genres that represent various elements in his walk. The afrobeat rhythms speak of his culture, the classical undertone reveals his orchestral upbringing, and the Jazz technicality shows his love of saxophone and the bustling London jazz scene. Vocally, Solaariss is hard to compare (just as he likes it). He has a unique, laid back, uncut tone. With his distinct rhythmic and melodic flow, Solaariss uses his voice as a 'second saxophone'.
