We, Olaf and Namaslay are previous owners of a catering business, 2 restaurants and a food truck, we have our personal tastes that we reflect on this channel, not to say that what we like or the way we like it is best, what we give you is our opinion. We do invite you go try for yourself and comment. OIaf's background is 23 years in the Semiconductor Industry. He's traveled the US and several other countries and experienced many different foods, Namslay's background is IT working for Fortune 500 companies across the US. We also started a National MC (motorcycle club) which is a 501c3 non profit organization that does charity work for our Veterans, Homeless and Kids in need.
