Hey, welcome to my golf channel. About 15 years ago, I jumped into teaching golf on the side. I ventured to Texas and attended Hank Haney's annual teaching seminar.
Back when I was teaching regularly, I put together a bunch of instruction videos years ago that I've uploaded to this channel.
Over the last couple years, I've shifted my attention to golf fitness, with a focus on legitimate strength training.
I am now combining my knowledge of golf, my experience as an athlete and former martial artist, with my new found knowledge of barbell training to provide information to golfers that I believe will help them reach their golf potential.
Going forward, this channel will also focus more attention on skill development, rather than just swing tips.
