The Ability Challenge
The Ability Challenge partners with school districts, leaders, and educators to transform how students with disabilities are served. ABC’s program develops core competencies in leaders and educators that enable them to create authentically inclusive and effective schools and classrooms for our most diverse learners, including students with disabilities. Their model provides a complete, whole-school roadmap to improve how students with disabilities are served, including facilitated planning opportunities, educator training, leadership coaching, infrastructure development, and tools that empower schools to make lasting change. Each engagement is customized to the needs of the school but draws upon scalable resources to facilitate transformation. The key to ABC’s approach is a research-based framework that creates a shared language and practices that center students with the most diverse learning needs as a means to strengthen support and instructional quality for all.교육
