KCA VMSG Dashboard
The VMSG Dashboard Performance Management System, commonly called “the Dashboard” is a web/cloud-based application designed to develop and manage strategic and operational plans for each program, office, and division in a Public Health Department.
The system was developed in coordination with the Public Health Department of the 3rd largest Public Health jurisdiction in the US, Maricopa County, AZ.
The planning methodology was developed over many years in coordination with Dr. Thomas Keller, 25 year Management Professor at Arizona State University, and several Public Health Departments.
The Dashboard offers a way for all staff to be involved in strategic/operational planning, performance management and organizational success.
The system also serves as an interactive partner tracking tool.
The system provides cloud-based, version-controlled document storage and management for all plan elements.뉴스
