Magical Strings
Since 1978 Philip and Pam Boulding have drawn a loyal following worldwide, captivated by energetic arrangements of Celtic music and their own engaging compositions, intertwining Celtic roots with classical and world music influences. Their virtuosity and expressive style have been described as "warm, graceful and sonically gorgeous" by the Washington Post. With their Celtic harps, hammered dulcimers, pennywhistles, concertina, button accordion and more they have performed throughout the United States, Canada, Ireland and Japan, toured and recorded with Dan Fogelberg and recorded 21 albums on four labels.
Their most recent albums, Fairy Wind and Lullaby for a Soul’s Journey capture the exuberant spirit of Philip and Pam’s journeys to Ireland and beyond and includes many of their newest compositions, lullabies and lively traditional tunes on a variety of instruments.
