Dr. Steve Orma is a licensed clinical psychologist and specialist in the treatment of insomnia using CBT-I (the first-line treatment for insomnia). For the past 10+ years, he's helped individuals of all ages, genders, and walks of life overcome insomnia, restore healthy sleep and get their lives back.
