I'm Victor. Retired U.S. Marine CWO, Former Surface Warfare Training Advisor, Grad Student in Behavioral Psychology, Father, Husband, Reader, Storyteller. These days I study Military-to-Civilian transitions, human behavior, and Veteran mindsets.
