My Editing approach:
Scenes are restructured into continuous sequences using clips from multiple episodes, with focus on timing, continuity, and flow rather than cuts.
Audio is separated (dialogue, OST, SFX) and rebuilt in layers to maintain consistency across transitions.
For vertical format, shots are manually reframed, with compositing and background reconstruction used when needed to preserve original composition.
To be very clear I love doing this more than anything!
