YOUNGTONESMUSIC
YOUNGTONES is a Soul soaked retro-pop currently releasing singles monthly. The concept was born in 2017 at a recording session at the South by Southwest music festival in Austin, TX. Producer Matt Young (Vacationer/Body Language) and Luke wrote their first song in the throwback Genre in about an hour and the result was something different from Matt’s typical pop centric productions and Luke’s more singer/songwriter influenced releases. Whatever it was, to Luke and Matt, it was exciting, fresh, and very welcomed. Pulling inspiration from their favorite Soul/RnB records of the sixties and seventies as well as the sights and sounds of their east and west coast cities, the result was something familiar yet distinctively different. Beginning with their first single “The Sun” YOUNGTONES will release a song every month for the foreseeable future. 음악
