Tusks
Tusks is the moniker of Hastings-born, London-based multi-instrumentalist and producer Emily Underhill. Across four albums, she has developed a distinctive sound spanning electronic production, ambient textures, shoegaze and cinematic songwriting, earning support from BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Rolling Stone, Billboard, MOJO and Mixmag.
Beyond Tusks, Underhill works across production, sound design and composition, including work with Spitfire Audio, Arturia and SSL. Her music has appeared in film and television including Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why and Capturing the Killer Nurse, and she collaborated with CJ Mirra on the soundtrack to A Banquet.
Tusks has toured extensively across the UK, Europe and the US, performing both solo and with a full band and sharing stages with artists including Khruangbin, Ásgeir and Submotion Orchestra.
