The book, Transitions: Making Sense of Life’s Changes, by William Bridges inspired me.
When the pandemic hit, I first couldn’t make sense of everything. The transition from a busy bustling life to inevitable lockdowns.
After reading the book, it gave me an insightful roadmap to understanding myself and what’s going on around me.
It was being in the neutral zone, a time of reorientation, that I made the most out of it.
Now, I’m prepared to share my journey and document life transitions.
