HIV & Aging Research Project - Palm Springs (HARP-PS.org) seeks to research and better understand the medical and emotional factors of how to thrive as a long-term survivor of HIV.
It’s all about collaboration. Palm Springs is unique in having an existing group of seniors living long-term with HIV who are excited to participate in this important research. HARP-PS is also collaborating with Universities and many local HIV service providers to conduct community based medical and behavioral research on HIV and aging.
OUR MISSION To improve the lives of the large and growing population of long-term HIV and AIDS survivors by studying the impacts of long-term HIV disease and its treatments on the natural aging process.헬스
