Minority ADR
Welcome to Howard Spence's MinorityADR YouTube channel. Howard worked for decades as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Michigan and/or in the business of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). His ADR experience was on a number of ADR panels including the American Arbitration Association, FINRA (NASD), and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC). Howard also has taught courses related to business law, dispute resolution, management, human resources, and diversity and inclusion in the MBA program at the University of Phoenix and he has also taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Thomas Cooley Law School.
Howard has been active in politics, community civic engagement, and activism. He served three terms as Eaton County Commissioner representing Delta Township, Michigan. He now focuses his efforts on public advocacy as a "blogger" addressing social and political issues from a progressive political perspective. Check out his blog at Http://Black-Gold.org.
